The saying goes: you never forget your first time, but I wanted definitive confirmation. The staff is friendly and cheerful and provides the perfect backdrop to a trattoria where you immediately feel at ease, as if you were at home. The first courses, with fresh egg pasta of the day, are undoubtedly the "Grandma's" strong point: generous portions and expertly plated give off a delicious and tantalizing aroma that spreads throughout the restaurant and makes your mouth water. And as the best Zagarolese tradition dictates, the mad tordo! Encyclopaedic cooking, perfect in every detail: crusty on the outside, soft and pink on the inside. Good and fair bill. Finally, an excellent bitter to complete a lunch with all the trimmings! Highly recommended, nothing to say except: see you soon!
